Personality Profile Test (KAPO)
The KAPO Personality Test (Key Assessment of Personality Orientation) was designed to provide a comprehensive assessment of the suitability of applicants for police work, where selection standards are higher than is typical in civilian occupations. The test contains 336 statements that must be answered honestly, where your task will be to choose one of five options for each statement: Yes - Mostly yes - Not sure - Mostly no - No, according to the degree to which you agree with each statement. There is no time limit for this test; however, we recommend setting aside approximately 60 to 90 minutes to complete it.
The KAPO test focuses primarily on the following key aspects of your personality: integrity and honesty, stress tolerance, decision-making ability, empathy, interpersonal skills, self-control, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, proactivity, conflict resolution, critical and analytical thinking, adaptability, flexibility, and respect for authority and rules. The test also includes a "lie scale" to assess the sincerity of your responses.
It is important to understand that KAPO results provide an indicative assessment of your abilities and predispositions. They can offer useful insight into your work potential, but they should not be viewed as a final or exhaustive evaluation of your personality. A deeper and more complete psychodiagnostic picture would require further assessment and additional information. Nevertheless, KAPO results can still provide very useful feedback.
