Personality Factor Test (PEFA 5)
The PEFA 5 personality test (Personality Five-Factor Assessment) is a recognized tool for assessing five key personality dimensions: Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness.
The PEFA 5 test was created to provide an in-depth look at personality structure. Its foundations are aligned with the principles of the NEO-FFI personality test and it is considered an equivalent in the context of assessing the "Big Five". Thanks to its validity and reliability, the original test is often used by psychologists, HR professionals, and researchers for various purposes, from selecting staff for demanding roles to clinical assessment; it also helps respondents better understand their personality traits, strengths, and potential challenges.
Please allow about 30 minutes to respond to 125 statements. Your task is to rate each statement on a 5-point scale, where 1 point = STRONGLY DISAGREE ... up to ... 5 points = STRONGLY AGREE.
We recommend answering as honestly as possible, since your responses can provide a well-rounded view of your personality and its aspects. After completing the test, a clear chart will show more about your personality analysis and self-knowledge, help you understand how others perceive you, and finally indicate whether you could be a suitable candidate for a job with the police.
