1.3. The operator may amend or supplement these Terms at any time. Such amendments do not affect rights and obligations that arose during the validity of a previous version of the Terms.

2.1. In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), the operator declares that the use of paid content on this website is anonymous. Apart from the e-mail address provided by the user for the purpose of delivering the access password (ID) and the confirmation of the payment transaction, no other personal or similar data is collected, processed, or shared with third parties.

2.2. The above-mentioned personal data (users’ e-mail addresses) are processed by the operator in electronic form only, by automated means and solely for the period of 36 months, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2.3. From the moment the user purchases access to the paid content, the user has the right to request, at any time, via e-mail at epsychotesty@gmail.com or through the contact form, that the operator delete the above-mentioned personal data from its electronic databases.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1. The user is entitled to use all content available on this website for entertainment or informational purposes, the primary aim of which is to provide objective and accurate information to the user.

3.3. The user acknowledges that the purchased access password (ID) will be permanently deleted from the operator’s database after 36 months, regardless of whether the user has used the access within its validity period. The validity period of the password (ID) begins at the moment it is first used on the website and ends either upon the expiry of the purchased time period or upon full consumption of purchased one-time accesses, which may be used for a maximum of 36 months from the date and time of purchase.

3.4. The user acknowledges that flawless operation of the interactive content on the website requires the operator’s use of technically necessary cookies and, on the user’s side, the enabling of JavaScript functions in the web browser settings.

The operator will handle the complaint without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from receipt, and will inform the user in writing of the result.

5.2. By purchasing the password (ID), the user enters into a service agreement with the operator. This agreement terminates at the moment the password (ID) expires or when the number of purchased one-time accesses is fully used. Within the statutory period of 14 days, the user has the right to withdraw from the agreement under the conditions of Sections 1837 and 1840 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. This applies only if: a) no service has yet been provided, or b) the service has been partially provided, but not in full. The service is deemed to have begun at the moment the password (ID) is first used on police.epsychotests.com and is deemed completed when the purchased period ends or the purchased accesses are fully consumed. If the user exercises the right of withdrawal within this period, the operator is entitled to refund only a proportionate part of the service price corresponding to the service already provided. Withdrawal requests may be sent in writing via e-mail or through the contact form.
